Everyone, to some extent, is aware of the British Royal Family, but not too many people are aware about Princess Alice, the mother of the late Prince Phillip, Consort of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth the 2nd.
This extremely interesting story was sent in by my friend Charles Schokman, and it is indeed an amazing account on the life of an equally amazing Royal Princess, tinged with sadness at times, unexpected, for one of her rank.
I am sure that this tale of Royalty Personified will add, in no small measure, understanding of the saga, on the intricacies of our present Royal Family, and, in particular, the mother of the man who courted, then married the longest reigning Monarch in our history.
